Over Sunday brunch I finally admitted to a friend that I was not doing OK. And then he admitted back to me that neither was he. The most common question that friends and acquaintances have asked each other over the last 9 months has been - how are you doing? How is everything going?
This is a real pertinent advice. I heard similar stuff from Dr. Vivek Murthy in Tim Ferris's podcast few months ago and I have made sure I call up/ meet up(with those whom I can for a socially distant walk in Cubbon Park) and talk about anything and everything in full honesty. This just reinforced the need to continue to do that!
